‘Healing in Nature’ sessions invite you to bring in the abundance, beauty and grace that nature breathes into us.

Sessions integrate sound, somatics (light movement) and reiki (energy clearing work), to unblock what is holding you back, let go of daily stresses and to simply step back into your truest version of self.

Picture us amongst flowers blooming, tomatoes growing and trees swaying in the wind to really just let go and feel into the freedom that nature provides us.
