with ease.
Welcome to ‘with ease.’ Throughout each thoughtfully crafted week we’ll virtually gather to allow our minds + bodies to connect as we ease into a place of cultivating calm in our lives. Here is where you will find weekly wellness roundups, journal prompts and during the last week receive a customized sound bath meditation to bring ease into your life. This page provides you with a space to continually find calm as you step out into the world. I look forward to healing with you.
Below is a ‘with ease’ sound bath to listen to in your own time and place. Be kind to yourself and take each day with ease. Enjoy x
Week One

This week, I invite you to find extra calm in your days.
Bundle up and going for a walk
I know it’s cold outside, but the wind + waves remind me of being on a beach somewhere miles away! By taking a walk outside, our bodies attune to the natural sounds + rhythms of the world and allow us to receive calm into our day. Walking will not only improve your mood, it will enliven your creativity + improve your immunity.Take an epsom salt bath
This is one of my favourite ways to relax at the end of the day. Epsom salt baths reduce stress, cleanse away the day + put us into a deep state of calm to easily fall asleep. If you don’t have a bath, take a hot shower and spray some lavender in your room to cultivate calm.Breathe for 5
When you wake up, take 5 slow + mindful breaths to recalibrate the body, mind and soul as you step into your day. By doing so, you’re welcoming ease into your day.Enjoy a meditative moment
Before you move from one task to another, take a moment to stand up, walk around + move your body to allow your brain time to ease into your next task. By giving yourself a moment, you’ll feel refreshed to take on your next project.Take all the time you need to really step into your day with ease.

Here are some questions to think about while you take pen to paper this week. Remember to take this process with ease ~ there are no right or wrong answers here, just simply your thoughts ready to move onto paper + release.
How do I feel today as I have expanded into love?
What are some ways I find calm in this release?
What other ways am I ready to shift into love today?Commit to journalling at least once this week to start the process of deeply nourishing your body in simple ways. After you journal, try meditating or going for a walk listening to a sound bath meditation to dive deep into this practice.
This week is all about clearing the clutter and stepping into a place of ease.
Week Two

This week, I invite you to move with grace.
Moonllt Meditation
As the full moon is upon us, mercury is in retrograde and our lovely area is still in a space of cocooning at home, I invite you to meditate on the full moon tonight to further release what you are ready to let go of. Take a few extra moments before bed tonight to simply breathe. Watching the breath/belly rise + fall in your body invites your mind to release and rest.Move the body
The energy is moving within us, and to release the stagnate energy, we shall move our bodies to nurture our souls deepest desires. This week, put on your favourite music and dance to your own beat. Simply dance like no one is watching and welcome a release of energy that feels oh so good.Morning H20
This week, in the morning before you head off to do any tasks for the day, simply drink a glass of water. By doing so, you’re nourishing your body, strengthening your immune system + bringing in that natural glow. When it’s cold outside I tend to not drink as much water, so am really trying to at least take a few sips of water before I start my day!Green juice
I just got a new blender and am on a bit of a juice kick! Making your own juice is not only fulfilling (as it’s pretty pricy to buy a cold-pressed juice), but it is also super healthy for you (immune booster right here!).
If you’re keen on having a juice try this recipe:
1/4 cucumber
3-4 stalks celery
handful of chopped ginger
5-6 chunks of pineapple (or any fruit to sweeten this juice)
fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Add all of the above into a blender with about a cup of water. Simply blend + strain it then drink immediately. -

What am I releasing as the full moon moves through us?
What am I ready to step into?
How will I find ease as I shift my thinking and step into my highest good?Commit to journalling at least twice this week to continue to nourish the body. As always, after you journal, try meditating or going for a walk listening to a sound bath meditation to dive deep into this practice.
This week is about finding a place of ease within each day.
Week Three

As you continue to move into ease in your own time + space, here are a few ways I invite you to do so.
Body Scan
When I’m starting feeling tense/frustrated, I try to do a body scan to calm my parasympathetic nervous system.Take a moment to close your eyes, and visualize the breath making its way from your toes to your crown - moving in and out of each limb/bone/body part. Welcome in the feelings as you breathe. When you feel tension rise, take an extra few breaths into that limb/bone/body part. And picture the breath releasing that tension out of your body, watching it flow into a stream beside you.
Mantra/Affirmations/Intentions
A mantra is a word/sound/statement that when repeated over and over again, new neural pathways are created to believe this statement to be true. I’ve down a lot of work using mantra, and find I’m able to tap into a deeper trust within myself.I invite you to create your own mantra, to welcome in calm into your day. Your mantra can simply be, ‘I live a life of ease’. Whenever you’re meditating, or doing any menial task, repeat your mantra to yourself. As you repeat the mantra, you may feel your body relax, your mind may feel clearer and you may just step into a greater place of ease.
Be Patient with Yourself
We tend to put a lot of pressure on ourselves as we move through our days (I know I do!) And so I invite you to take each moment in strides, knowing that what is meant to happen in that day will happen. Trust in the process, and welcome in a deep, nourishing mind/body/spirit connection. -
