  • Sound Bath Meditations

    Sound bath meditations are an intentional, traditional healing practice that ebb and flow with the power of sound, frequency and vibration to tune into your creative consciousness. As the waves of sound flow in, you are invited to rest.

    Science now supports what ancient traditions have long known: sound restores harmony to the brain, activates the parasympathetic nervous system—your body’s natural “rest and digest” mode—helping to lower cortisol levels (our stress hormones), and deepens your connection to the present moment.

  • Breathwork
