Through a sound bath meditation, you’re invited to shift into a dreamlike space. Sound bath meditations are an intentional, traditional healing practice that ebb and flow with the power of sound, frequency and vibration to tune into your creative consciousness, balance the nervous system, and release stress/anxiety. As the waves of sound fill the body, the subtle layers of energy open. Collectively, we move into a deep meditative state breathing into the subconscious to let go of thought patterns that no longer align with our being, and find grace as we open and expand.

Flow into a deeper state of consciousness, finding harmony from within.

Before you being find a comfortable, quiet space; wrap yourself in blankets, clear the energy around you by lighting a candle or smudging — create a container of calm that feels true for you. Have a journal beside you after the meditations as there may be thoughts you would like to write down afterwards. I invite you to listen to a recording using headphones to really dive deep into the healing.

Things may come up as you listen to these recordings. I welcome you to find a support system to connect with as you move the stuck energy out of your body and claim your highest self. I offer sessions at 124 on Queen’s Spa located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake on Wednesdays, and Fridays - Sundays, and also offers private in-home sessions (this may be in her home or yours) for those looking for a customized experience with those you love.
