Customized Meditation
Before you being, find a comfortable space, wrap yourself in blankets, clear the energy around you by lighting a candle or smudging your area — create a container of calm in your space that feels true for you. You may also go for a walk listening. Have a journal beside you, as there may be thoughts you would like to write down after the recording.
