This guided series is an integrative approach to release that which no longer serves you and is an open invitation for you to root into your wisdom + live a life of grace. During the darkness of winter, this series is designed to bring in a inner peace.
Together, we’ll attune to the natural rhythm of our souls; setting intentions, releasing + healing.
We begin our time together with restorative yoga and sound bath meditations then ease into a space of inner healing with reiki/energy healing, nidra, gentle breathing + self-inquiry.
Making waves through our bodies as we attune to our inner wisdom + live with grace.
