Before you being find a comfortable, quiet space; wrap yourself in blankets, clear the energy around you by lighting a candle or smudging — create a container of calm that feels true for you. Have a journal beside you as there may be thoughts you would like to write down after the recording. I invite you to listen to a recording using headphones to really dive deep into the healing.
